SHIPPING POLICY
Orders ship directly from our suppliers. Available destinations, shipping charges and the estimated delivery window are shown at checkout after you enter your delivery address or postal code. We currently serve only destinations for which checkout offers a shipping option. Costs vary by destination and order quantity; a postal code helps determine the destination but does not create an individual carrier quote.
Items from different suppliers may arrive in separate parcels. We will provide order updates and tracking when the carrier makes them available. Please check your delivery details before paying and contact srmalheiros.med@gmail.com if the address needs correction. Customs duties, import taxes and local charges may apply to cross-border deliveries; any charge and responsibility disclosed during checkout or required by local law applies.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns and exchanges
We currently deliver only within the United States.
For return or exchange instructions, contact srmalheiros.med@gmail.com with your order number before sending an item back. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from your order, contact us with the order number and photos when possible. Refunds, where applicable, are made through the original payment method.
